The object of renovation is central cooling equipment in Embassy of Finland, Service Building, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Existing air-cooled chiller with nominal capacity 110 RT (refrigeration tons) is located on ground floor in cooling plant of the service building. The system has two air condenser. They are located on roof level above cooling plant. Existing cooling pumps and electrical board are located in cooling plant. Existing cooling plant serves all Embassy building. Renovation works concern demolition of existing chiller (1 pc), air condensers (2 pcs), refrigeration pipes and old refrigerant R22, old cables from existing electrical board to chiller and air condensers and supply, installation and start-up of new compact chiller package, cooling pipes and related balancing, start-up, adjustment works and related to this general obligations. The procurement covers the following supplies and services:

Services:
