Срок за изпълнение на поръчката: до 16.12.2016 г. Начин на плащане: 100 % банков превод в рамките на 30 (тридесет) дни след извършване на доставката, срещу представена оригинална фактура и приемо-предавателен протокол. Доставката се придружава с декларация за съответствие която удостоверява, че течното гориво съответства на изискванията на Наредбата за изискванията за качество на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол/ обн. ДВ бр.66/25 юли 2003г., изм. и доп. ДВ.бр.88 от 24 октомври 2014г./, наричана Наредбата и която да е със съдържание в съответствие с Приложение №9 към чл.10, ал.2 от Наредбата. Изисквания и условия при гаранцията за изпълнение 1.Гаранцията за изпълнение e в размер на 5 % (пет процента) от стойността на договора без включен ДДС, в една от следните форми: банкова гаранция в полза на Възложителя, застраховка, която обезпечава изпълнението чрез покритие на отговорността на изпълнителя или парична сума по следната банкова сметка на ГЛАВНА ДИРЕКЦИЯ „ГРАНИЧНА ПОЛИЦИЯ” - МВР IBAN: BG56 BNBG 9661 3300 1568 01; BIC код: BNBGBGSD; БНБ - ГДГП-МВР. 2. Когато ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯТ представя банкова гаранция, се представя оригиналът й, като тя е безусловна, неотменяема, непрехвърляема и при поискване, представена преди подписването на договора, покриваща стойността на гаранцията за изпълнението му със срок на валидност, срока на действие на договора, плюс 30 (тридесет) календарни дни. На основание чл.288 от ТЗ страните се съгласяват в случай на учредяване на банкова гаранция при поискване за същата да са приложими Еднообразните правила за гаранциите на поискване на Международната търговска камара от 1992 г., като при първо поискване банката следва да заплати сумата по гаранцията независимо от направените възражения и защита, възникващи във връзка с основното задължение. Всички банкови разходи свързани с обслужването на превода на гаранцията, включително при нейното възстановяване са за сметка на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ. При представяне на гаранция под формата на застраховка, тя трябва обезпечава изпълнението чрез покритие на отговорността на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ. Застраховката, която обезпечава изпълнението, чрез покритие на отговорността на изпълнителя, е със срок на валидност, срока на действие на договора, плюс 30 календарни дни. Възложителят следва да бъде посочен като трето ползващо се лице по тази застраховка. Застраховката следва да покрива отговорността на изпълнителя при неизпълнение на договора и не може да бъде използвана за обезпечение на неговата отговорността по друг договор. Застрахователната премия следва да е платена еднократно, не се приема застраховка, застрахователната премия по която, съгласно направена между Изпълнителя и застрахователя договорка, се заплаща на вноски. 3. Гаранцията за изпълнение на договора се освобождава в срок от 30 (тридесет) работни дни, след приемане на доставката, при липса на възражения по изпълнението на договора. Когато в първоначално определения срок за получаване на оферти по настоящата обществена поръчка са получени по-малко от три оферти, съгласно чл. 188, ал. 2 от ЗОП, срока за приемане на оферти се удължава. При възникване на горното обстоятелство ще бъде изрично публикувано съобщение (относно променения срок за приемане на оферти) на раздела в Профила на купувача с адрес: http://www.nsgp.mvr.bg/Profil_kupuvach/Oferti_obiava/2016_Gorivo.htm в който са публикувани обявата и другите документи, свързани с настоящата обществена поръчка.
