Nomination / selection guide - negotiated procedure with publication. Reference P4636: draft plan to reorganize staff cafeteria UZ Leuven for delivery of equipment. Through current job the client wishes to proceed to the conclusion of an agreement for the redevelopment of the staff cafeteria. The mission is twofold: - on the basis of the output specifications as stated in the specifications, the tenderer will draw a layout plan showing the most efficient, according to him implantation of the devices which are needed to realize these functionalities; - The installation of the device as agreed; - Optional - insofar as the budget allows - the client will enter into a maintenance contract for the aircraft, whose level (preventive, remedial, omnium, ...) depends on the still remaining budget. For drawing up the plan and possibly adjust it during the negotiations, no compensation will be provided. The effective floor plan and detailed specifications will be announced in the specifications of the tender phase. The client offers its visitors (third parties - patients - staff) in the cafeteria a wide range. Customers can make their choice of: - soup - two hot dishes - cold dish - small cold dish - salad bar minimum eight components - one action station (pasta bar, wok) - sauzenbar: minimum 4 scoop sauces and an additional 4 number of pump: • choice of a minimum of two starch components (potatoes, rice, pasta, quinoa, ...), • dessert buffet with fruit, pastries, ice cream etc. • Drinks consisting of cans and water from the cool fountain, • coffee and tea.. The hot meals are locally scooped onto plates. Externals pay in cash or by debit.
