Coventry City Council and Coventry & Rugby Commissioning Group are to procure Home Support / Continuing Healthcare. The service model is currently being redesigned to incorporate Children's and Adults' home support alongside Adults Continuing Healthcare under a single service specification. Services will have a strong focus on the prevention and wellbeing elements of the Care Act 2014. There will be an ethos of enabling rather than ‘doing’ for service users, supporting individuals to achieve outcomes and goals.
