Preparations disinfectants should be characterized by the following features: - a wide range of activities disinfectant at low concentrations and short term elimination or inactivation of microorganisms that could endanger epidemiological - activity in the presence of various contaminants present in medical practice, such as tissue, blood, body fluids, secretions, excreta, drug residues. - No harmful effects on workers and patients - should have a pleasant traits - no odor - safe for disinfected surfaces - should not cause tarnishing, corrosion, discoloration, deterioration functionality - no allergenic properties, 3.15. Disinfectants preparations must be stored in original packaging in a cool, dry, inaccessible to unauthorized persons, under confinement label in Polish. 3.16. The duration of action of disinfectants to surfaces does not exceed 15 minutes. 3.17. Detergents, disinfectants and preservatives, for performing the services must be according to their kinds, the following documents: - MSDS - entry in the Register of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices, Biocides / notification to the register of medical / permission of the Minister of Health on turnover biocidal product - certified for cleaning agents and preservatives 3.18. All the measures and facilities must meet the requirements of the Act of 30 August 2002, on Conformity Assessment (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 166, item. 1360) and the Specific Regulations issued under the above Act. 3.19. The Contractor shall provide new wiper-slip absorbing moisture and dirt in the average amount of 6 units, including 4 units of 1m x 2,5 m; 2 pieces of 1m x 4m 3.20. Contractor is obliged to refund of the purchase inner containers for selective collection of municipal waste contractor who previously performed a cleaning service. 3.21. Before signing the contract, the Contractor agrees and shall provide a list of measures which will carry out the service to approval by the Hospital Infection Control Team. 3.22. List of surfaces and spaces covered by the contract is contained in Annex 4 to the ToR 3.23. Scope of action
