The purpose of the consultation is to introduce "supplementary healthcare benefits" to basic social security schemes for Semitan staff, all of whom are subject to private law status.

The consultation is divided into two lots, which will be the subject of two separate contracts:

- lot 1: service contract relating to the insurance benefit "Health risk for non-management personnel (1850) (4550 with beneficiaries and beneficiaries - approximately 1 000 pensioners)

- lot 2: service contract relating to the insurance benefit Risk for the health of management staff (70) (assets / retirees and hospitality (disabled employees following medical unfitness - having deceased insured rights).

"Healthcare" schemes are compulsory for active staff (both managerial and non-managerial) and optional for retirees and the reception scheme.
