The subject of the public contract is the provision of healthcare to patients at the City of Ostrava after the end of surgery hours general practitioners for children and adolescents, general practitioners and dentists in the case of sudden changes in health status or worsening of the disease, which is not the case requiring urgent care .
Sponsor in accordance with § 110 of Act no. 372/2011 Coll., On health services and terms (Health Services Act), as amended, under delegated powers responsible for organizing and providing emergency medical services, pharmacy, emergency services and emergency services dentists on the MSR.
The subject of the public contract is the provision of healthcare to patients at the City of Ostrava after the end of surgery hours general practitioners for children and adolescents, general practitioners and dentists in the case of sudden changes in health status or worsening of the disease, which is not the case requiring urgent care . The contract will be concluded with a provider of health services, which will provide the aforementioned emergency department at the City of Ostrava.
Hospital information system (HIS) for the needs of clinics and departments of the University Hospital Ostrava (outpatient and inpatient part of the module "central fund", including tools for creating forms, reports, statistics, ...), including support, maintenance and development in the following period. The subject of procurement will thus acquire a new, modern NIS to its technological and technical parameters corresponding to streamline the work of employees of University Hospital Ostrava and will allow in the future to respond to new requirements related to changes in legislation, the introduction of computerization of healthcare (eHealth), and others. Further specifications will be stated in the tender documents.

The deliverable is insurance:
a) insurance of immovable property, movable property and general liability for harm MSR and autonomous organizations established by county, incl. corporate nurseries;
b) professional liability insurance of health facilities established by the Moravian-Silesian Region The insurance professional liability further defined healthcare institutions contracting authority:
c) liability insurance for damage caused by vehicles ( "MTPL") insurance and emergency vehicles selected Moravian and governmental organizations;
d) collective insurance sponsor of employees assigned to the Regional Office of the Moravian-Silesian Region for the damage caused to the employer.
