Delivery and installation to Ottawa, Ontario must be completed no later than March 31, 2017.  Arrangements for an optional site visit have been made to be held at 1200 Montreal Road, Building M-54, Ottawa, ON on August 30, 2016. The site visit will begin at 10:00 am EDT.
