Falmouth University and the University of Exeter have both seen a significant increase in the number of students requiring accommodation at their shared Penryn Campus in Cornwall. In order to accommodate this growth in demand, stock has had to be increased by converting a number of single rooms into shared occupancy. FX Plus is looking to further increase its current shared occupancy stock by creating purpose built, shared study bedrooms at the Penryn Campus. Stratton Festival is organised by Stratton St Margaret Parish Council and takes place annually in July. The event forms part of a programme of events which take place across the Parish.
