About tenders for equipment units that are part of the Procurement group K911.14 Examination tables.
The basis for the tender contest is procurement group K911.14 for 10 types of examination tables of different quality. These types are divided into three sub-groups:
K911.14-01 Examination tables, various types
K911.14-02 Examination tables with supply columns
K911.14-03 Examination tables, dual ceiling mounted
Procurement group 911.14 is announced/published as one competition. It is possible to submit a tender on the entire competition or parts of the competition as stated under chapter 5.3 in this document. There can, therefore, be three contracts within this procurement group.
Well-tested products are requested for the examination tables, from the manufacturers and the tenderer's standard assortment.
The examination tables with building and installation couplings shall be delivered and installed during the first 6 months of 2019, and the remaining shall be delivered by autumn 2019.
The equipment units in this competition will be placed in premises that belong to either The Norwegian Veterinary Institute or NMBU (The Norwegian University of Life Sciences). The contracts will then be handed over to the entity for follow-up of conditions that occur after the equipment has been handed over to the Veterinary Institute.
This concerns the Tenderer's warranty obligations and/or follow-up of conditions related to claims.
The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of mobile operation tables, including consumables/additional equipment and an option for a service and maintenance contract.
The operation tables must be multi-use tables that can be used for several types of surgery, such as orthopaedy, gastrosurgery, urology, endo, gynaecology and ENT surgery. Relevant patient positions: Lying on their back, side, stomach, bone holding, rectopexi position and knee-elbow position, gyn position, stretch table for front hip prosthesis operations, back operations, beach chair, head-throat interventions with extenders.
The table shall also be used for bariatric surgery, in which the patient weight can be up to 450 kg.
The attached price form includes an estimated volume for each piece of equipment, in accordance with the current investment budget. The volume represents only an estimate and may change in line with Østfold Hospital's changing needs and investment funds. Requirements may be lower or higher. There may be a need arise later in the framework-agreement period.
Oslo University Hospital, c/o the Procurement Department shall enter into a framework agreement for covering the hospital's requirements for beds, mattresses, bedside tables, and accessories. The procurement includes the following areas/groups:
D. Bedside tables;
E. Special beds/mattresses.
The University Hospital of North Norway (UNN), hereafter the contracting authority, is a university hospital that consists of a somatic hospital in Tromsø, Harstad and Narvik, a psychiatric hospital at Åsgård in Tromsø and a local hospital in Longyearbyen.
UNN Tromsø is now being extended with a new A-wing of 22 000 m
The Contracting Authority hereby invites to a tender contest for procurement of equipment to the new A-Wing. In some cases the procurements will also be options for later deliveries to the B-Wing.
The object of the tender contest is receive tenders for mobile operating tables with universal tops, and accessories thereof. See the price form and the requirement specifications for the extent and details on the procurement.
Helse Bergen HF intends to replace surgical tables in Helse Bergen; Haukeland University Hospital (the Central Operation Department (SOP) and the Women's Clinic), Voss Hospital and Kysthospitalet in Hagevik, KiH. Helse Bergen currently has 26 theatres with a fixed base and 5 theatres with a mobile base. This could be changed. The contracting authority envisages a need for approx. 2 tables with a trolley per theatre, like SOP is currently organised. The replacement is planned over 4 years. This is estimated to be a total of 62 tables. In addition KiH will need a special surgical table for back surgery.
Helse Bergen HF will see it as a big advantage if the table system is universal and have many applications, with optimum use within each of the different areas, a good selection in clay pillows and additional equipment, tolerate high patient weight in different positions, secure from operational interruptions and collisions, quick and safe operation with good regulation options and easy to work around the table.
The contracting authority would like tenders for three different system tables
1. Tables for a fixed base (approx. 50-52 tables)
2. Tables for mobile/movable base (approx. 10-12 tables)
3. Special surgical tables for back surgery (1-2 tables)
The contracting authority currently has baseplates from Maquet 1150 cast into the floor. Fixed bases ought to be compatible with this base. This applies to the current 26 base stations. See Annex 10.
If the existing baseplate cannot be used, the additional cost for a new baseplate is to be added to the calculation of the total cost. The estimated cost of replacing a baseplate is 40 000 NOK excluding VAT per unit. The cost is to be added to the total cost for any replacement in Part 2 Annex 1 Price Form.
The contracting authority would like tenders for complete, functional set-ups within the following main categories:
— Neuro surgery
— Plastic surgery
— ENT surgery
— Urological surgery
— Gastro/vessel/endocrine/general surgery
— Orthopaedic surgery
— Bariatric surgery
— Gynaecological surgery
— Special table for back surgery

The detailed planning of systems and the extent will be reviewed with the chosen tenderer.
The offered surgical tables shall be delivered as requested, with all the necessary accessories, delivered complete, assembled and ready for use.
Tender offers for only leasing/hiring the equipment will be rejected.
