The consulting services ("the Services") include: (1) Establish an internal monitoring andevaluation system built on the M&E framework of the World Bank project, in close collaboration with the XETDZ management; (2)The system should be able to generate tables, simple charts and graphics based on the data in the system; (3) Implement the systemin a proper IT platform in an easy-operating way, andshould be compatible with the "intelligent" system that XETDZ is implementingfor the whole zone; (4) Assist the XETDZ to define/collect key indicators and populate the baseline data into the system;(5)Provide necessary training/coaching to the relevant zone management staff interms of managing, deploying and maintaining the M$Esystem; (6) The hardware of monitoring & evaluation system adopts virtual cloud technology ,and integrated with other appliedsystem hardware, managed by private cloud management software. The contract is expected to commence fromOctober 2016. The implementation duration is expected to be 6 months up toMarch 2017. The expected total number of working man-days is 120.
