Purchase of 6x optical tables to equip three LSI laser labs. Two midsize optical tables including pneumatic vibration isolators with automatic releveling will be purchased for each lab. We will also be looking to purchase an additional table (of the same spec) in spring 2017 so would ask suppliers to confirm the price quoted for individual  tables in this bid will be available for the purchase of the additional table later. 

The optical tables are required to perform optical experiments. They will be used as a platform to perform optical experiments that require vibration-isolation. Specific size of optical table is required for the optical experimentation and to match the dimensions of the pre-installed gantry. High-specification vibration-isolation is required for the planned, highly sensitive optical experiments. All related components, services and maintenance MUST be included in the Tender.

PWGSC requires the services of a Contractor to supply, deliver and install Curved FoldingTables and Carts for meeting rooms. There are approximately 132 pieces of Curved Folding Tables and Carts to be delivered and installed in 3 separate deliveries between October 2017 and April 2018.   The 111 Wellington Building is a four-storey heritage structure (a mechanical penthouse, four [4] floors above grade and two [2] partial basement levels and a partial basement mezzanine level). The building has no loading dock. Access for delivery will be provided at one (1) or more of the building entrances. Helse Bergen HF intends to replace surgical tables in Helse Bergen; Haukeland University Hospital (the Central Operation Department (SOP) and the Women's Clinic), Voss Hospital and Kysthospitalet in Hagevik, KiH. Helse Bergen currently has 26 theatres with a fixed base and 5 theatres with a mobile base. This could be changed. The contracting authority envisages a need for approx. 2 tables with a trolley per theatre, like SOP is currently organised. The replacement is planned over 4 years. This is estimated to be a total of 62 tables. In addition KiH will need a special surgical table for back surgery.

Helse Bergen HF will see it as a big advantage if the table system is universal and have many applications, with optimum use within each of the different areas, a good selection in clay pillows and additional equipment, tolerate high patient weight in different positions, secure from operational interruptions and collisions, quick and safe operation with good regulation options and easy to work around the table.

The contracting authority would like tenders for three different system tables

1. Tables for a fixed base (approx. 50-52 tables)

2. Tables for mobile/movable base (approx. 10-12 tables)

3. Special surgical tables for back surgery (1-2 tables)

The contracting authority currently has baseplates from Maquet 1150 cast into the floor. Fixed bases ought to be compatible with this base. This applies to the current 26 base stations. See Annex 10.

If the existing baseplate cannot be used, the additional cost for a new baseplate is to be added to the calculation of the total cost. The estimated cost of replacing a baseplate is 40 000 NOK excluding VAT per unit. The cost is to be added to the total cost for any replacement in Part 2 Annex 1 Price Form.

Intended use.

The contracting authority would like tenders for complete, functional set-ups within the following main categories:
