The object of this public procurement contract who Constitution equipment acquisition, medical equipment and furniture in accordance with the Specifications. The acquisition includes besides providing equipment, medical furniture and equipment including transport, installation, commissioning, testing, staff training, service during the warranty period within the project "Modernization and Equipment Ambulatory Cugir City Hospital," according to specifications. Duration delivery and commissioning of the products is within 30 days of signing the contract by both parties. In case of exceeding the deadline or commissioning, if the contracting authority will apply to financial corrections by the Managing Authority for this, they will be borne entirely by suppliers. The equipment delivery will be accompanied by a statement issued by the manufacturer, in original, stating the date of manufacture machine and a certificate of conformity issued by a notified body in shelf life.
