1)	Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie prac polegających na wyposażeniu przedszkola w urządzenia kuchenne i meble w ramach realizacji zadania pn.: Budowa przedszkola na terenie Odolan przy ul. Boguszewskiej w Warszawie - IV etap. 2)	Zakres prac do wykonania: a)	dostarczenie nowych, nieużywanych, nieuszkodzonych, wolnych od wad fizycznych i wad prawnych urządzeń kuchennych i mebli, wraz z wniesieniem do wskazanych pomieszczeń i ustawieniem we wskazanych miejscach oraz montażem -na gotowo-, umożliwiającym natychmiastowe użytkowanie, b)	montaż urządzeń kuchennych odbywać się będzie w zakresie branży sanitarnej i elektrycznej. W związku z tym wymagany jest udział podczas realizacji zamówienia osób posiadających odpowiednie uprawnienia, które nadzorować będą montaż urządzeń, c)	przeprowadzanie wymaganych przepisami badań oraz pomiarów, d)	wszystkie wymiary urządzeń i mebli, należy bezwzględnie zweryfikować na budowie przed przystąpieniem do montażu. 3)	Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz zakres i wymagania dotyczące wykonania i odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia określa n/w dokumentacja projektowa (autorstwa AC STUDIO Jarosław Romański, Jacek Sołgała - opracowanie z 20 czerwca 2014 r.): a)	Projekt budowlano-wykonawczy, część dotycząca: - technologii kuchni (opis technologii kuchni, rzut parteru - technologia kuchni), - wyposażenie biurowe (opis wyposażenia biurowego, zestawienie wyposażenia biurowego, prezentacja proponowanego wyposażenia biurowego), - zestawienia wyposażenia przedszkolnego, przykładowe wizualizacje sal, - rzut parteru, - rzut I piętra, b)	STWiOR SST 15.0, część dotycząca wyposażenia. c)	Dokument nazwany: Zestawienie wartości kosztorysowych wyposażenia obiektu, w/w dokumentacja stanowi załącznik nr 9 do SIWZ.
