1.Przedmiotem order is "supply and assembly of office furniture and accessories equipping the new headquarters of the District Sanitary-Epidemiological Station in Radom" in accordance with all requirements of the Purchaser set out herein. Object of the contract includes: delivery, unloading, transfer to a premises designated by the Employer and assembly of furniture and accessories in the amounts and in accordance with the requirements set out detailed requirements in terms of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the TOR - statement of technical requirements and quality of furniture and accessories. The supplied furniture and accessories must be brand new, unused, non-target exposure or exhibition, free of physical defects of things, as well as from any defects must be done professionally, with high quality, aesthetics and durability.
