Supply and installation of furniture and seats.

1.Przedmiotem contract is the supply and installation of furniture and seating in the premises of the Employer in the Department of Pediatric Surgery. 2.Zamawiający allows partial bids. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or several lots. 3.Zamówienie includes the following parts: a) Part 1: supply and installation of office furniture in the premises of the Contracting Authority, hereinafter referred to as office furniture. b) Part 2: supply and installation of seats in the premises of the Employer. 4.Przedmiot contract referred to in paragraph. 3 above shall be hereinafter referred to together furniture. Purchaser understands 5.Przez mounting assembly, twisting and setting furniture, so that they are ready for normal operation. 6.Szczegółowy description of the requirements of the Employer as to the furniture contain Attachments 1a and 1b to the Terms of Reference and drawing. 7.Meble must be brand new and can not be subject to third party rights. In addition, furniture must be in accordance with the requirements of health and safety, ergonomics, and quality requirements and approvals. 8.Zamawiający requires that the furniture was new, complete, free from defects, undamaged, not affected by any signs of use, leveled, and were made of high quality materials. 9.Wykonawca the Purchaser is required to provide own transportation and furniture at their own expense, together with the contribution to the premises designated by the Employer. Employer does not allow blocking routes and offices. 10.Dostawa and installation of furniture belonging to the object of the contract must occur within previously agreed with the Employer. The Contractor will be required to clean-up at his own expense packaging and other remnants of the transport and installation of furniture. 11.Zamawiający requires that the contractor has given at least a 24-month guarantee for the delivered furniture ..
