For cleaning performance refers to activities undertaken to safeguard the hygienic and sanitary work environments designed to ensure maximum comfort and the best conditions of hygiene to ensure the welfare of workers employed in the headquarters of the service object. In particular, it specifies: 1) Sweeping or vacuum floors: Removal from the floors of all the points of dust and dirt by sweeping trash manual or mechanical, 2) Dusting and wet scrubbing of office furniture: dust removal must be performed using equipment and materials that do not raise or disperse dust and the wet scrubbing instead must be done with cloth of excellent quality and cleaner that does not leave streaks and will not alter treated surfaces, and 3) Washing of floors: Hand wash or mechanical floors through a first pass with suitable cleanser and a second pass with cloth adequately rinsed in clean water. The detergent must be a neutral, non-foaming, a residual polish scrubber 4) Disinfection: thorough cleaning and deodorizing germicidal product, and treat all surfaces with chlorine; 5) Descaling After thorough cleaning with detergent proceed to scaling of all elements, with a special product for the time specified by the manufacturer. Descaling, always follows after thorough rinsing of the treated, disinfected with chlorine; 6) Dry interior and exterior glazing and windows: window cleaning should be performed on all surfaces with the aid, if necessary, of ladders, scaffolding or hydraulic cell. Cleaning should be carried out with a solution of degreaser preferably neutral in order to avoid damaging the windows. It is forbidden to the contractor for the execution of that benefit, to get on furniture, window sills etc..
