The University of Osnabrück intends its need for office furniture as a framework agreement according to Section 4 EC VOL for the duration of tender of 4 years. Contract start is expected to be 1.1.2017.

The products offered must be part of an extensive furniture delivery program from series production, which allows numerous variants, layouts, etc. surfaces.

Content of the Framework Agreement is the discounting of a catalog / a pricelist.

The University of Osnabrück strives exemplary contribute to meeting the objectives of recycling and waste management.

The environmental performance of products shall be verified with corresponding certificates. Any other appropriate means of proof, such as a technical dossier from the manufacturer or a test report i. Of § 8 para. 6 VOL / A-EC is also accepted.

It requires data on the ecological, sustainable orientation (environmental management), detection by appropriate certificates (eg DIN EN ISO 14001: 2005.) Are to be submitted.

It requires information on the Quality Office certification (quality criteria for office workplaces L-Q2010-Anfroderung of products), detection by appropriate certificates.

The plan is a two step process. In Phase 1, bids will be evaluated according to the evaluation matrix. For Phase 2, at least three of the best bidder candidates will be invited to perform a free trial offer and according to pattern a fictitious furniture planning.

The framework agreement to be concluded is part of the tender documents.

The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer. Tenders will be evaluated according to the criteria price (60%), price guarantee (5%), price increase (5%) and functionality / Aesthetics / quality (30%).
