It will be up to each individual Contracting Authority to decide whether they take up the option. The Contracting Authorities can take up the option at any time in the contract period. The option can be taken up for one or several of the procurement areas.

AFK eiendom FKF (henceforth also referred to as the contracting authority) requests a turnkey contractor for an internal climate project at Bjertnes Sixth Form College

Parts of Bjertnes Sixth Form College shall be renovated. The entire college shall be subject to external insulation of facades and facade covering, ventilation/technical conduits, a new sunblind system, as well as the upgrading of internal surfaces, ceilings, internal doors and some internal reconstruction works. All windows in the facade and all external doors and gates for building A shall be replaced. External doors and some windows in building B shall be replaced. Some internal surfaces and doors in building C shall be replaced.

Internal alteration works. Interior and functional improvements in the reception area in the 1st floor, including the disassembly of walls, and the office places shall be divided by a new glass wall system. The existing walls at the long side of the Administration corridor shall be disassembled and replaced by a glass wall system. The opposite wall in the Administration corridor shall be opened by blocking out for new windows and doors. The adjacent rooms to the corridor shall be altered into a Handicapped WC, a meeting room and a quiet room. The existing practical physics premise in the ground floor shall be renovated with new furniture and fixtures.
