The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements in order to cover the Police's need for office furniture.
The term office furniture is used regarding complete office work stations with associated chairs, storage, and meeting room table and other workplace furniture. Office furniture includes i.a. the following products:
— Work table with raising/lowering function or fixed legs. With and without thin client suspension and cabling;
— Meeting room table with and without thin client suspension and cabling;
— Office chairs;
— Cabinets and shelves for storage;
— Drawer compartments;
— Table shields;
— Desk lighting;
— Environment stations;
— Tables for operations centres.

Sanitation Department (ren) need to acquire exposure furniture for blue and green recycling bags to grocery stores in Oslo.
Nursing Home Administration currently has several projects for the rehabilitation of existing nursing home building and the creation of new buildings to nursing homes operating consistently. When the buildings are ready for occupation shall operate at selected nursing homes moved from original buildings to renovated buildings / new construction. On this basis, there will be a substantial need for relocation of necessary inventory and equipment. With a relatively large need extent it would be appropriate to have a working framework for relocation.
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure good processes for moving the necessary fixtures and equipment from the original nursing home to renovated buildings / new construction.
There will be a need for a framework agreement with moving companies that can carry out the transfer of necessary inventory and equipment. Ordering under the framework agreement will include packing and unpacking of furniture and equipment, transportation of furniture and equipment, and the necessary dismantling and reassembling of various equipment. For any dismantling and reassembly of equipment related to water / wastewater is a requirement formal qualifications to perform this, and supplier shall provide the necessary assistance to this where they can not perform the work.
As of today know the principal of four planned major migrations. In addition there will be a need for various minor moves. Call off two of the four known major movements can be expected soon after the signing of the framework agreement.
