The category management of the office is the responsibility of Public Works.
And on behalf of the participating organizations as described in Annex 8 of this publication is held by the Purchasing Management Implementation Centre (IUC BV) Rijkswaterstaat Utrecht, a European public tender by open procedure pursuant to the amended Public Procurement Act 2012.
In 2015, the various participants have custom furniture declined by a total value of more than EUR 1 million.
It can not predict the exact expected turnover and the number of orders for the coming years.
A distinction is made in core range and non-core product range. In addition, the contracting authority shall examine the possibility of creating a single point of purchase which may also be found in orders of office within approximately two years. Each quarter will be asked to report to the supplier on the progress described in the list of requirements.
The scope of this contract are expressly excluded:
- Toner cartridges (as opposed to the current contract);
- Computers / Printers;
- Paper behalf copiers / printers;
- Digital cameras;
- Mobile phones and PDAs;
- TV, audio and video equipment;
- (Office) furniture (tables, chairs, cupboards).
