Contracting authority wishes a plot to contract a Bidder that can provide the supply, assembly, setting, use netting and providing aftercare / maintenance of the required furniture. The supply of both lots furniture look in phases.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract a tenderer for the supply / services of furniture for an initial period of four (4) years. The contracting authority has a unilateral, optional extension possibility of eight (8) times one (1) year.

The present contract is divided into 2 lots.

- Lot 1: Provision of school furniture and office furniture for the benefit of, classrooms, offices, meeting rooms and the team. For this plot has a maximum budget of EUR 750 000; exclusive of VAT.

- Lot 2: Supply of furniture for the "middle zone". For this plot has a maximum budget of EUR 300 000; exclusive of VAT.

The purpose of the contracting authority is selecting and contracting of an Applicant for the delivery / service of furniture for an initial period of four (4) years. The contracting authority has a unilateral, optional extension possibility of eight (8) times one (1) year.

The present contract is divided into 2 lots.
