Nordwin College established in Leeuwarden intends to enter into new framework agreements for the supply of school furniture.
Nordwin College has signed several contracts in the past for the delivery of school furniture to various schools. This tender relates to one lot for a framework agreement with three suppliers for the supply of school furniture.

Purpose of contract:
The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with three suppliers per lot. The framework contracts will have a term of two (2) years, with twice an option to extend for one (1) year. The framework contracts per lot will be concluded with the three tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender per lot.
The intention is to have the framework agreements in force on 19 December to go. And be immediately followed by a first job posting for a first real job. This provision of this contract is intended to take place in January 2017.
Provision of various ICT hardware
This may include laptops of various capacities and functionalities but also tablets / devices etc. The supplies and associated services of additional hardware and accessories is possible.
Mainly supplying touch screens, digital boards, smart boards beamers etc. Placement, installation, cabling work and business skillful setup including all required work and materials.

The new office will loose arrangement (include standard production furniture and specialized furniture as well as acoustic partitions) supplied must be assembled and installed.
