The AFM wishes with this tender to select more than one supplier per lot that can meet the needs for the office, on the basis of the assessment best price-performance ratio in accordance with the wishes and specifications of the AFM.

The AFM is based on the estimated required number of office furniture made an estimate of the contract. The numbers have to purchase at least 400 agents and 490 office chairs at one time. Joint European procurement by AMC, LUMC and UMC Utrecht for the supply of laptops.

This tender for supply of laptops is jointly organized by three UMC (University Medical Center); the Academic Medical Center (www.amc.nl), Leiden University Medical Center (www.lumc.nl) and University Medical Center Utrecht (www.umcu.nl). UMC currently have the same supplier, the result of a joint tender in 2014. These contracts expire end of 2016, and UMC intend again to contract a common supplier.

The chosen procedure is a public tender in conjunction with an online auction. Bidders are asked to offer some laptops (a desktop replacement and a lightweight variant). The price quoted here is one bid for the auction. Bidders must meet some minimum (KO) requirements and additional requirements, see the above Questionnaires module. The answers are assessed on the needs and the score obtained will be included in the auction.

Supplier connect with each individual UMC, but substantively identical contract. During the term (2 + 2 x 1 year) the selected standard models are available on request. This is done by means of an offer by the supplier custom shop which should be linked to GHX, the digital system environment of the UMC. Supplier This link takes care of itself through coordination with GHX and so does the associated costs and other obligations.
