Supply of furniture Metallic for the companies of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group Italian understanding of the creation and updating of the electronic catalog service.

The Contractor shall proceed with the creation, management and updating of a catalog in ARIBA electronic format. The fruition of the catalog, containing the articles put out for tender will be via the e-requisitioning system in use by the Company of the Italian State Railways Group.

The Framework Agreement will be signed with the contractor - concerning the supply of furniture Metallic including the creation and updating of the electronic catalog service - will run for 24 months from the issue date of the first application Order and maximum amount amounting to 460 000 EUR, excluding VAT. Concerning the identification and quantification of the security charges and related DUVRI (Determination n. 3/2008 dell'AVCP), being precise framework agreement is that, if the conditions, they will be quantified by the individual companies on issue of application orders.

The Contracting Authority reserves the renewal option - by entering into one or more acts - at least the same terms and conditions for more than 24 months and more maximum 460 000 EUR, excluding VAT.

It retains the ability to exercise the extension, both for the Framework Agreement for any renewals, for up to a further 6 months if it proves not consumed the highest amount of the same.

The service of this contract consists essentially of micro maintenance tasks to restore / maintain "decorum" of the furniture, interior / exterior layouts of rolling stock assets in the plant IMC ES * Roma in Rome and IMC asset to the plants of the Division Passenger LH.

The race is divided into n. 2 (two) lots, having the following distinct type of rolling stock per batch:

- Lot 1 - IMC ES * Rome - Fleet ETR 460/463/470/485

- Lot 2 - IMC Rome: ordinary Intercity Coaches, IC270 and IC901 - Carriages Bed, Bunks, T3S -Semipilota-Locomotives.

stores in the station of the train and / or point indicated by Trenitalia Manager.

the station or under the general Municipality, transennamento / handling delimiters stakes;

cleaning equipment;

- Handling for placement and admission of "Desk Furniture High Speed";

- The distribution of relief supplies to travelers on the train or in the station in case of criticality, in accordance with

1371/2007 in force, transportation to any catering stores in the station of the train and / or point indicated by Trenitalia Manager,

For execution of the tasks the contractor will have to draw all the appropriate means for moving relief supplies

travelers or other materials (eg. luggage, packages, parcels, letters).

Such means shall be in compliance with the permits for within the station - available number 17 of the Italian Railway.

Any charges for the rent of the premises as may be necessary for the housing of equipment, bogies, the

other means necessary for carrying out activities and for basic provisions, shall be borne by the contractor.

They can be activated in the course of validity of the contract, and in agreement between Trenitalia and the contractor, other services such as

punctually indicated in paragraph 2. of CTO (which will be announced, together with other documents, at the time of invitation to

tender only to candidates who have favorably passed the pre-qualification phase).
