The service of this contract is essentially micro maintenance activities for the restoration / preservation, "decorum" of the furniture, interior / exterior decorations of rolling stock assets in the Plant Division of IMC Rome Passengers Long Haul.
The service, object of this contract is essentially micro maintenance activities for the restoration / preservation, "decorum" of the furniture, interior / exterior decorations present on the rolling stock assets in the Plant Division of IMC Rome Passengers Long Haul, as following:
- Intercity Coaches ordinary IC270 and IC901;
- Carriages bed, bunks, T3S;
The contract has as its object the award of daily handling services of materials and finished products, various materials, furniture and fixtures in production areas, warehouses and offices of all IPZS offices in Rome and, marginally, at the Special Fund in Loc. Coppito - L'Aquila. The contract, for locations different from those belonging to the mint plant, lasts a total of 36 (thirty six) months from the execution date of commencement of the contract which the successful bidder will be notified by the Institute in writing within 7 ( seven) days from the date of signing. As for the seats belonging to the mint plant, the execution start date is scheduled on 16.02.2019 and the deadline will be the same as the other locations. IPZS reserves recourse to the award of activities consisting in the repetition of services entrusted to the economic consultant, for an additional term of up to 24 (twenty four) months and a total amount of up to additional 3,424 441.40 £. In addition the duration of the contract may be extended, pursuant to art. 106 c. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the time strictly necessary to complete the necessary procedures for the identification of a new contractor. In this case the contractor will be required execution of the tasks foreseen in the contract at the same prices, terms and conditions and more favorable for IPZS.
