Renewal and maintenance of street furniture open bidding pursuant to Articles 25-I °, 33, 36, 38 to 44, 67 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement.
Renewal and maintenance of street furniture installation, maintenance and maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the provisions laid down in the CCTP. The application of the services of this contract is accompanied by an authorization of occupation of the public domain of the community for the duration of the contract stipulated in article VII of the CCSI under the footprints on the ground necessary for the implantation of the furniture. This contract will be for a period of fifteen (15) years.
