This contract is an open tender to purchase orders within the meaning of Article 77 of the French Code of Public Procurement for the supply, installation and commissioning of office furniture and bespoke furniture and must be regarded as a framework agreement within the meaning of Directive No. 2004-18 dated 31.3.2004. It is concluded for an initial period from the date of notification until 31/03/2016. It is then automatically renewed 3 times per 12-month period to 01.04.2016, 04.01.2017 and 04.01.2018, within the limits of 03/31/2019.
