The contract form is a flat-rate KVR contract (total turnaround, ie turnkey delivery). The KVR contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main actor in the law. The contractor is responsible for the design and implementation of the site and the related overall coordination, including the search for a building permit.
The acquisition includes the Liminka Linnunko KVR-contracted primary school building with its yard area. The school building is designed for 600 elementary (four) and 36 special pupil pupils (POP 1 & 2). The functionality of the building has been set in accordance with the new curriculum (POPS 2014). The key values set for the building and its functionality are safety, health, modification, communality and inspiration.
The KVR contract covers all the work and activities required to carry out the object. The KVR contract covers the construction of a new school building in ready-to-use condition with its courtyard and area facilities and documents and furniture and equipment, as well as the structures and berths needed to join its adjacent areas.
The deadline will be extended due to adjustments made during the calculation.
