Overview of Requirements Contractor is to allow for the following when quoting • Any initial survey requirements prior to installation • All pre installation site set up requirements including but not limited to creation of compound, temporary coverings and any modifications required to the existing door ring plate/glass facade and electrical works. • Removal and disposal of the existing door • Provision of a fully automatic drive (Radar Detection) 3-wing revolving door in keeping with existing structure and aesthetics. This door is not designated as a fire exit or disabled access route. Door to include: o Aluminum construction in keeping with the existing door o Glazed sections with aluminum trims o Safety buffers and weather stripping o Low energy down lights for in the internal door areas compliant with EN16005. o Surface finish to be satin finish stainless steel in keeping with existing. o Markings in conformance with EN16005 • Options to be priced separately, where available: Night doors, handles, additional lighting controls, additional automatic presence detection controls, air curtain options, additional energy reduction measures. • Installation of the new door including all modifications as required to the existing support structure. Note is possible the client would like to retain the existing matwell ring. • Installation of door and control system to comply with BS EN16001 • Provision of fire alarm connection via volt free contact. • Testing and Commissioning of the new door • Making good all internal/external fabric as required and cleaning of door, glass facade are post installation. Removal of all waste from site. • Basic training for the in-house maintenance team in fault finding and general door care • Provision of operating manuals (OMs) post installation for the door. This is to be issued as one electronic and one hard copy. OMs are to include but are not limited to warrantee information, operation information, faultfinding guidance, testing certificates and as installed drawings.
