This requirement is to supply all labour, tools, materials, superv ision, transportation and equipment to carry out the following: Repair, sanding and restaining of tables Normandy Officers Mess (NOM) Repair, sanding and restaining of tables Reichwald Warrant Officers & Sergeants Mess (RWM) New construction custom made tables of NOM New construction custom made tables of RWM New upholstering of NOM chairs New construction of custom made chairs including cost of upholstery for RWM Mandatory Site Visit It is mandatory that the Bidder ora representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on TUESDAY, December 15, 2015 at 09:30 a.m. at PWGSC, Bldg S-111. Room C-114. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no laterthan three day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as anamendment to the bid solicitation.
