This contract covers the delivery of classroom furniture for the new campus located at Noordlaan 51, 9200 Dendermonde. Under classroom furniture means; - Individual leerlingenset consisting of chair and table - leerkrachtenset consisting of chair and table Further clarification can be found in the section - Technical provisions - of these specifications. The contract relates to a bulk supply of the requested material. The right to be supplied by the contractor arises only after receipt of an order from the client. The quantities are likely and therefore purely indicative. The amounts may be greater or smaller without the contractor therefore has the authority to modify the terms of the contract or to claim compensation. Samples: In order to proceed to a choice of supplier, the contracting authority will one or several samples of the offered furniture request. The samples should be at least 5 working days after our question should be offered and the exact representation of the model as described in the offer. The contracting authority invites the candidate supplier has also to provide them with the necessary documentation relating to the proposed models (technical specifications). This will allow the contracting authority to assess the delivered prototypes correctly. Failure to comply with these requirements, the appropriate furniture can be excluded from further evaluation. The exact address will be listed in the invitation to test setup. After the evaluation, the samples will by and at the expense of the supplier to be collected, and this three days after notification of the contracting authority. The contracting authority can not be held liable for any damage incurred by the experimental models under the scrutineering.
