Object

The market which apply the terms and conditions of this tender documents is to "Supplies and furniture installations for the Nursing Home and St. Joseph to care Eupen".

This market includes the supply, transportation, delivery, labor, means facilities, assembly, installation, disposal of any waste and various constraints that are part of this market and set forth in this tender documents and in accordance with directions given current market by the contracting Authority.

The market consists of two lots, each lot is indivisible:

Lot 1: furniture care

Lot 2: office furniture

Tenderers may submit offers for one or more lots.

The contract is divided into lots as follows:

Lot 1 "care furniture"

This lot consists of the supply and installation in perfect condition tables, chairs, beds, chairs, carts and food trays, on the premises finalized (mainly accommodation and residents bathrooms) St. Joseph the MRS building and the provision and full implementation of curtain sets for resident rooms windows.

Lot 2 "office furniture"

This lot consists of the supply and implementation in perfect desks, chairs, tables, ... in local finalized (nurses office) of the MRS St. Joseph building.

Farys | TMVW focuses above to suppliers on the one hand to offer a wide range of office furniture and also possess the know-how with this furniture in the most efficient way to fill a space. It should take into account the uniqueness of the client and the optimal functional usefulness of the furniture, as well as knowing that the classic workplace has evolved into an environment where the employee carries out his job.

The vendors also pay attention to sustainability in terms of both production and transportation of their office. The logistical resources of the supplier are durable but must be both comprehensive enough to assure multiple deliveries in several places. Furthermore, the suppliers have a sufficiently developed and effective technical-commercial structure.

The market is divided into four separable lots:
