On 09.01.2017 the new school of Gito starts in a completely new school in the Father Dupierreuxlaan 1B in 3080 Tervuren. On this occasion it should be bought in diverse new furniture. The furniture includes the following range:

- School furniture

- Office furniture,

- Furniture for the dining room / refectory,

- Lockers.

The contract also includes the placement of the furniture by the contractor and mentioned under the guidelines of the senior civil servant in these specifications.

This furniture should at last be provided at 07/31/2017 at the new location, so the school during the month of August 2017 can do the further installation of their equipment. It should however be taken into account that the current procurement process will last at least until the beginning of May 2017.

explanation:

This contract is for the supply, assembly and placement of furniture kindergarten (ages 2.5 to 6 years) in the different schools of the AG Municipal Education Antwerp.

The framework agreement is valid for an initial period of 1 year from the date specified in the contract is concluded. After the expiry of the initial duration of the contract three times can be extended for a period of one year, pursuant to Article 37 § 2 of the Law on Public Procurement. The total duration (incl. Extensions) will not exceed 4 years.

Delivery Places:

Deliveries, assembly and placement will take place in the Elementary and Special education and the pupil guidance center of the AG Municipal Education Antwerp in Antwerp territory, with some buildings to Borsbeek, Castle and Brasschaat.

This contract type multi-year framework agreement, was for the supply of office furniture to university services on the various sites and buildings of the University of Liège. It concerns expenditure to current orders for furniture.

The market is divided into four separable lots:

- Lot 1: "Offices adjustable height drawers boxes, trellises, meeting tables and cabinets";

- Lot 2: "Ergonomic office chairs with synchronous adjustment mechanism for intensive daily use";

- Lot 3: "Office chairs with adjustable permanent contact mechanism for moderate use, versatile seating, versatile stools, laboratory stools";

- Lot 4: "classroom chairs and tables versatile."

As part of its environmental policy, the University of Liège wants footprint is minimized when running the market.

The contract is concluded for a period of 4 (four) years starting the day following the notification of the market to date on the successful tenderer. The indicative provisional date is 04/01/2017.

The material is for all University departments and services will be delivered and installed in different sites and buildings in accordance with the techniques described clauses and reported to the "third part" of this special specifications.

The attention is drawn to the fact that this consultation does not allow free variants (suggestions).

The market includes all supplies and services set forth in this tender documents and repeated in all other contract documents.
