Indonesia and Denmark are cooperating through an Environmental Support Programme, with the current third programme phase (ESP3) running from 2013 to 2017 (pilot projects to 2018). The overall ESP3 development objective is to support the Government of Indonesia (GoI) in reconciling economic growth with sustainable development through improved environmental management and climate change mitigation and adaptation, fields in which Denmark has substantial experience. ESP3 is coordinated under the Ministry of National Development Planning, Bappenas, with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, KLHK, and Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, ESDM, as primary implementing partners. A large part of the programme will be implemented in Central Java Province. The contract relates to works offered in the main contract.

The reason for the project is that the Danish Agricultural Museum, Auning in 2017 merged with Hunting and Forestry Museum, Hoersholm to the Green Museum, which provides knowledge and history of hunting, forestry, agriculture and the food here in Denmark. The merger of the two museums is an element of the political decision on the relocation of public sector jobs.

The combination results in a number of building updates and changes, all designed to support the future museum activities and work and raise the standard of the physical environment.

The total project includes actions in the museum itself (this contract, track 1) and an expansion of the museum stores on Aarhusvej 9, Auning. These expansions carried out in a separate parallel supply. (Lane 2)

This supply comprises in outline:

- Replacement of three large skylights / lanterns with new pultlys in existing flat roof

- Renovation of public toilets with new walls, new plumbing, lighting, etc.

- Building of approximately 200 m² sit stair / floor building in existing lobby / central hall

- Creation of approximately 400 m² mezzanine decks / balconies in glulam in existing halls

- Replacement of two skylights in eg. Buildings

- Update / new electricity and lighting in several construction areas (approximately 2,000 m²)

- Establishment of humidification in existing exhibition magazines (around 2000 m²)

- Establishment of dehumidifiers in two protected storage buildings, totaling approximately 2,500 m².

- Establishment of external drainage and conversion of deposits along the facades of listed buildings, drainage to the moat

- Minor alterations, a new ventilation and new fixture in a classrooms

- New exterior sheds / covers, approximately 140 m²

- Solar Energy, approximately 220 m², mounted on eg. The roof surface

- New digital camera surveillance.

To be awarded the contract agreement before the summer with start in early August 2017.

The merger of the museums causes a number of structural changes and updates that are all designed to support the future museum activities and work and raise the standard of the physical environment, as well as to expand the museum's capacity for storage of exhibits.

The total project includes an expansion of the museum stores on Aarhusvej 9 Auning (this contract, track 2) and a number of initiatives at the museum itself. These measures are implemented in a separate parallel tenders. (Track 1)

This supply comprises in outline:

- Demolition of example. Weighbridge - approximately 40 m².

- Construction of a new storehouse in sandwich concrete panels, about 1 230 m² gross + mezzanine floors to engineering. Magazine bath contains 3 clips, which are all provided with interior climate control, ventilation and dehumidification. Facilities include conservator workshops, also with ventilation and humidity control.

- Covering between eg. Building and construction, steel construction

- shelving, built stålmezzaniner and compact shelves

- Smaller reconstruction of existing workshops, grinding chamber, magazines and toilet incl. new ventilation and extraction.

- Conversion of deploying weapon magazine
