Subject of contract is the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 radar sensors for the civil air traffic control. This includes: - 1 piece airport surveillance radar S-band PSR and Mode S colocated (ASR-PM), 15 RPM, range PSR 80 NM, Range Mode S 150 NM (presumably Hamburg); - 1 airport surveillance radar mode S stand-alone (ASR-M), 15 RPM, Range Mode S 150 NM (expected in Munich / Erding); MRR-PM is defined as Medium Range Radar S-Band PSR and Mode-S co-located, 7.5 RPM, range PSR 120nm, Range Mode S 200 NM. The pilot plant will initially be set up as test and reference facility at Frankfurt Airport, evaluated and approved. Disassembly, relocation, construction, testing and commissioning of the reference plant as MRR-PM at a final location (likely Munich / United Hague forest) will be advertised as an optional requirement item. B. over wind farms, full concurrent Beam Signal Processing, etc.). The Mode S radar sensors must "European Mode S Specification (EMS)" - conform and be able to operate within the existing DFS Mode S Cluster.
