ContexteLe RépubliqueDémocratique Government of Congo through the Ministry of Environment, Nature Conservation and Tourism (MECNT) received unfinancement Fund Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) and intends to use a portion of these fondspour effectuerles payments under the contract for the services of a Consultant Firm NGO or NGOs Consortium for Research on thedevelopment of the mechanism for handling complaints and appeals under the REDD + process in the DRC. . Study Objective The overall objective of this study is to propose mechanisms for handling complaints and derecours transparent, participatory, practical and effective in the context of REDD + in the DRC. Expected 3.Results Expected results of the study are: • Concrete options in terms of emissions, qualification and are offered traitementdesplaintes · A system of monitoring, evaluation and control of the throughput of complaints estconçu · A test plan and building and stakeholders desinstitutions human and material capacities involved in the mechanism is prepared and budgeted.
