To secure our future performance, as well as to optimize the total-operating hospital processes, a total target planning concept was developed from the efficient use of space and personnel synergies and the reorganization of functionally suboptimal location or a meaningful pooling of current spatially separated functional units should result. Components of the overall goal planning approach include the following building work: - Construction of a central operating with six operating theaters including hybrid OR and BG-OP - Building expansion and renovation of a nursing unit to an intensive care unit with 20 beds. - alterations to the stock in the course of reorganization emergency room, endoscopy and monitoring, - modifications in the inventory to summarize various outpatient clinics to a central ambulance, - conversion of a station to select power station - Rehabilitation of two wards (general care) - Renovation of the building technical infrastructure. The above structural measures are divided into modules, the entire reaction is carried out in several phases during operation. New construction, structural extensions, conversions and renovations include approximately 10,900 m² gross floor area, the total volume of the project is approximately EUR 28 000 000 (KG 200-700).
