Electronic care Vouchers

This contract is created to evaluate a suitable provider, which subsequent solution for the city of Bern. Order is the conception, development and implementation of the most economical solution for the management and administration of care services (particularly care vouchers). This solution is the e-government strategy of the city of Bern (www.bern.ch) into account and is to be operated in the data center of the city administration. The technology used is not yet defined to within a few set components (see Chapter 2 and of criteria B7_IT system requirements). The re-use in the city of Bern existing components or systems of the IT landscape is preferred. The standardization and consolidation of existing systems and interfaces should be considered in the solution architecture. After successful system acceptance is provided complete with the selected supplier a support contract. The support contract will be completed over the next 4 years with an option to four times of annual renewals.
