The project will include the following components: Rehabilitation of RegionalRoads. This component willimprove about 376 km of priority regional road inTashkent,Fergana, Andijan and Namangan regions. (ii) In case the Bidder is not a manufacturer, then the Manufacturer who has providedManufacturer's Authorization should meet the above requirement and further the bidder shall furnish documentary evidence todemonstrate that the Bidder has successfully supplied at least 30% of the Quantity indicated in (i) above" cumulatively over thelast five years. The Bidder should furnish a Reference List with information on the supplies andsatisfactoryperformance for the past 5 years, including contact details (phone, fax, e-mail, address) of previous clients to demonstrate that it meets the above mentioned experience requirements and warranty service; LOT 2 Power Equipment (i)  In case the Bidder who is a Manufacturer or the Manufacturer who has providedManufacturer's Authorization, must have manufactured, tested and supplied the goods, similar to the type specified in the "Scheduleof Requirements" at least 40 circuit breakers in any number of combinations of 220 kV and 110 kV (butat least 20 circuit breakers220 kV) 40 disconnectors (but at least 20 disconnectors 220 kV), 50 current transformers (butat least 25 current transformer 220kV) over the last 5years, cumulatively. Further, the Manufacturer should be in continuous business of manufacturing products similar to that specifiedin the schedule of requirements during the last five years prior to the bid opening and at least 20% of the above quantity insatisfactory operation for more than2 years. (ii) In case the Bidder is not a manufacturer, then the Manufacturer who has providedManufacturer's Authorization should meet the above requirement and further the Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence todemonstrate that the Bidder has successfully supplied at least 30% of the Quantity indicated in (i) above cumulatively over thelast five years. The Bidder should furnish a Reference List with information on the supplies and satisfactoryperformance for the past 5 years, including contact details (phone, fax, e-mail, address) of previous clients to demonstrate that it meets the above mentioned experiencerequirements andwarranty service; LOT 3 Rectifier Units,ControlSwitchgear-10kV "(i)   In case the Bidder who is a Manufacturer or the Manufacturer who has providedManufacturer's Authorization, must have manufactured, tested and supplied the goods, similar to the type specified in the "Scheduleof Requirements"  at least 20 rectifier units and 5 control switchgear- 10kV over the last 5 years, cumulatively. Further, theManufacturer should be in continuous business of manufacturing products similar to that specified in the schedule of requirementsduring the last five years prior to the bid opening and at least 60 % of the above quantity in satisfactory operationfor more than2 years. (ii) In case the Bidder is not a manufacturer, then the Manufacturer who has providedManufacturer's Authorization should meet the above requirement and further the Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence todemonstrate that the Bidder has successfully supplied at least 80 % of the Quantity indicated in (i) above" cumulatively over thelast five years. The Bidder should furnish a Reference List with information on the supplies and satisfactoryperformance for the past 5 years, including contact details (phone, fax, e-mail, address) of previous clients to demonstrate that it meets the above mentioned experience requirements and warranty service; LOT4 Relay Protectionand CommunicationEquipment (i)  In case the bidder who is a Manufacturer or the Manufacturer who has providedManufacturer's Authorization, must have manufactured, tested and supplied the goods, similar to the type specified in the "Scheduleof Requirements"  at least3 similar project for the last 5 years in the volume required for 220kV. Further, the Manufacturershould be in continuous business of manufacturing products similar to that specified in the schedule of requirements during thelast five years prior to the bid opening and the same above quantity in satisfactory operation for more than 1 year. (ii) In case the Bidder is not a manufacturer, then the Manufacturer who has providedManufacturer's Authorization should meet the above requirement and further the bidder shall furnish documentary evidence todemonstrate that the Bidder has successfully supplied the same in (i) above over the last five years. The Biddershould furnish a Reference List with information on the supplies and satisfactory performance for the past 5 years, includingcontact details (phone, fax, e-mail, address) of previous clients to demonstrate that itmeets the above mentioned experience requirements and warranty service; (c)       The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that the Goods itoffers meet technical specification requirements provided in section VI "Technical specifications".
