The contract covers the preventive, corrective and planned maintenance including inspections and (good) inspection of the building-related electrical (E) and mechanical (W) installations of all locations of CITAVERDE College. This means among other things; inventory and perform these necessary inspections, advising and informing CITAVERDE College and ensure that all logs are kept and certificates are obtained and that it is fully and clearly be handed over to CITAVERDE College so for CITAVERDE College organized and clear is that all installations to the law (and in the context of the duty of care) A mandatory inspections and management tasks. The contractor ensures that CITAVERDE College timely the appropriate certificates, work orders, etc. have CITAVERDE College here without actually having to go back.
