The contract involves the insurance of the vehicle fleet and the operating equipment of the Municipality of Breda, including associated services: mutation registration, claims processing, management information, other support, for example with respect to loss prevention and risk management. The purpose of this tender is to obtain a fleet insurance and operating equipment insurance for the plots as in detail described in the brief with a term of 1 (one) year with effect on 1 January 2016. The principal has to mutual consent of parties have the right to extend the 3 (three) times with 1 (one) year. Parties will do so in August, in consultation with the decision whether or not to extend must be taken no later than September 1st. Through this contract the municipality of Breda is looking for a new accountant on the basis of Best Value Procurement.

The contractor is to command acceptance responsible for: Audit of financial statements in accordance with statutory provisions, bearing in mind the relevant regulations and standards and assessment framework of the municipality; Control of accountability in the financial statements information Single Single audit (SISA); if necessary. Additional services available between the municipality and partner arrangements are made.
