The contracting authority is seeking a preferred supplier that can provide include the recruitment and selection of temporary teachers and remuneration. The contracting service would like to be fully care-free.

Basically specialist positions will not be part of this agreement. Specialist functions concerns functions that are not specific organization and an obligation of result by itself bring such business consultancy.

The primary goals is to reach the contracting authority in this procurement procedure:

- the transparently conclusion of one agreement with one good and reliable bidder. Under quality is understood to include: security quick availability, short response times (telephone) requesting the contracting authority, ability to innovate and think in realistic solutions;

- achieve substantial financial and qualitative benefits;

- correct admin ...

The contracting authority intends to conclude one contract for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 x 1 year of the contract with one bidder.

Currently, municipal Krimpenerwaard no parties which are hired after a formal European tendering procedure has been completed. In view of the changed legal and regulatory desirable and necessary it is now.

Since after analysis showed that the estimated value of these contracts had exceeded the threshold of EUR 209 000, there is the municipality Krimpenerwaard decided to quit for the hiring of third parties new framework agreements through the completion of a European public procurement procedure.
