United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Myanmar Country Office wishes to procure the services of independent review of Child Friendly Schools/Language Enrichment Programme (CFS/LEP) through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein.

1. The Government of Myanmar has applied for financing from the Asian Development
Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Equipping Youth for Employment Project. Part of this
