To be eligible to take part in the competition, competitors must have the following minimum financial and technical capacity:
(A) have overall turnover in the last 3 years prior to the publication of the call for tenders (2014-2015-2016) for an amount of not less than EUR 3 000 000 (three million euro), excluding tax and social security charges;
(B) have an annual turnover in the last 3 years prior to the publication of the call for tenders (2014-12015-2016) for services similar to those covered by the present invitation to tender for an amount not less than EUR 700 000 (seven hundred thousand) Tax and social security charges excluded;
