1. The Government of Rajasthan through the Government of India has applied for financing
from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Rajasthan State Highway
Investment Program – Tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the

• Financial Performance: The Bidder should submit audited balance sheets for the last
five (5) years. For JV, the balance sheet for each constituent entity should be submitted.
• Average annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction
turnover based on certified payment received for contracts in progress or completed
over the last five (5) years should be INR 4353 Million (USD 67 Million). The single entity
or all partners combined must meet the requirement. In case of JV, each partner must
meet minimum 40% and one (lead) partner minimum 70% of this requirement.
• Financial Resources: The minimum amount of Financial Resources available should be
INR 544 Million (USD 8.37 Million)
5. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s
Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries
as described in the Bidding Document.

7. To purchase the Bidding Document, in English, eligible Bidders should:
• Write to address above requesting the Bidding Document for RSHIP Package 04.
• Pay a non-refundable fee of INR 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand) or US$ 1100
(Eleven Hundred US Dollars) (inclusive of taxes if any) through Demand Draft payable at
Jaipur in favour of “PD- PPP Division -1 PWD, Jaipur.
• The document will be sent by Registered Post or may be collected from the address
mentioned above upon request. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Technical Bids shall be opened immediately in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who

Bidders shall be opened after technical bids evaluation, whereas, the price bids of those bidders

Invitation for Bids – Rebidding
1. Government of India has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB)
towards the cost of Madhya Pradesh Urban Services Improvement Project (MPUSIP). Part
of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. National
Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-
Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible bidders from eligible source countries of
ADB.
2. The Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDC; hereinafter
referred to as the “Employer”), a Government of Madhya Pradesh undertaking, represented by
its Engineer-in-Chief, invites online bids on www.mpeproc.gov.in from eligible bidders for the
sub-project of Package Number MPUSIP 2D for improvement of water supply in Meghnagar

2. Andhra Pradesh Road development Corporation (APRDC, the “Employer”), invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of above mentioned works.
The road works consist of widening and strengthening of existing two lanes to standard 4-lane
carriage way and construction of grade separator (Trumpet) at NH16 junction. The cross
drainage works include reconstruction and widening of culverts and bridges. Some new
structures may also be constructed based on requirement. The items of work includes
Earthworks, Granular Sub-base, Wet Mix Macadam, Dense Bituminous Macadam, Bituminous
Concrete, Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete, Well foundations, Protection works, Concrete
