As part of the toll bridge operation, Ringsend Toll Bridge DAC requires services including, but not limited to, financial services, IT and HR services, general administration, possibly other management services, various Quality, Environment, Health and Safety services, and bridge tolling system maintenance.

Please note that this is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage. Also the process will not be utilised in order to preclude any future competition to be conducted by Dublin City Council.

The Technical Dialogue may also assist Dublin City Council in the development of the procurement strategy for any subsequent competition.

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN).
Teagasc intends to publish one or more Requests for Tenders for the provision of
Facilities Management system to facilitate the management of its property which
is located across 60 sites with some 400 buildings including offices, laboratories,
colleges, farm buildings, houses and some specialist facilities. It also includes
some protected structures.
It is envisaged such a system would have the following features:
•	Record details of all building and fixed assets including location, space,
occupancy
•	Documentation such as leases/ licences / title records, contracts,
maintenance works, drawings and maps.
•	Ability to associate documentation with specific areas within buildings
•	Logging and tracking of maintenance requests
•	Integration with other systems including the Integra financial system and BIM
systems
•	Accessibility by users on all sites.
•	Integration with Microsoft
Possible other features which could be considered would include inventory and
fleet management.

Applications are invited from experienced, flexible and highly-motivated personnel for a role of Project Manager for the new expanded network. The duties of this position will include:
 Working alongside an existing project manager to facilitate the on-going development of the Historic Towns Network through the expansion and transformation of the IWTN
 Management of the Historic Towns Network including the collection of membership fees
 Work in partnership with the Heritage Council’s Head of Conservation, Grants Officer and Financial Controller, as well as other staff to administer Heritage Council grant aided projects to members of the Historic Towns Network.
 Contribute to the drafting and implementation of the Historic Towns Network 3-year Action Plan 2017-20
 Facilitate the on-going development of the Historic Towns Network including links with European Partners
 Organise national conferences and public events for example during Heritage Week.
 Assist in the development of town teams in member towns.
 Provide advice on heritage-led urban regeneration to town teams in member towns
 Coordinate and contribute to research projects and advisory documents.
 Develop joint strategies with the Department of the Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Fáilte Ireland, local government and the Northern Ireland Department of Communities as well as Leader local development groups.
 Contribute to the develop and implementation of a Marketing and Development Strategy for the Historic Towns Network.
 Contribute to the development of education and training programmes for member towns
 Ongoing development of the project website and social media resources as well as other communication resources as appropriate
 Prepare management, policy and financial reports for the Management Committee (comprised of member towns, local and national government) and for the Heritage Council board as directed
 Liaise with all member town teams to facilitate the develop

DAFM is holding a market information gathering session on Wednesday 1.3.2017 in Agriculture House, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, DO2 WK12, in advance of commencing the procurement process. The purpose of the information session is to afford potential tenderers with an opportunity to showcase their software solutions and to present the Department with an overview of current relevant technologies.
