This contract is for the recovery of the stock held by the current owner, removal to the Council, the transport, storage, conservation of all archives entrusted by the Council, the temporary physical or permanent return of one or more containers, said containers dismissal, elimination, control on site, the digitized documents and return of the fund management of all outsourced archives (paper, audio in analog format video) that physical restitution in the end market of all archives except those which have been destroyed after a visa mission archives with Premier services.
Rehabilitation of the third fund management center of family allowances of Paris, 101 rue Nationale, 75013 Paris by an open tender referenced AOO 01-2016 consists of 5 lots (1, 3, 5, 8, 9 ); other lots (2, 4, 6, 7, 10) under a special procedure referenced MA 05-2016.
Lot 1- ditching, removal, installation and construction phasing, extensive masonry (for structural work, plastering, false ceilings, hard floors and landscaping).
Lot 3- exterior joinery work.
Lot 5- interior joinery work.
Lot 8- heating works, ventilation and air conditioning.
Lot 9- electrical work (high and low voltage).
This consultation relates to the appointment of a pilot in charge of scheduling, steering and coordination of the CiuP development project.
The development project concerns a development project and the construction of new student residences.
The development project is divided into two phases:
- The work on Phase 1 focuses on servicing the new building plots on which will be built for future student housing by moving north of the two stages and the reconstitution of their dressing rooms, creating a bridge overlooking the Avenue David Weill (avenue that separates the two parks of the city) and West park amplification on two new parcels into strips.
The work on Phase 1 will be realized from 1st tri 2017 tri 1st 2019.
- Work phase 2 mainly concern the redevelopment of the park and the construction of a visual and acoustic protection. The work of Phase 2 will take place in 2019 and 2020.
This contract is divided into two parts:
- A mutual fund management assignment for external works, bridges, environmental cleanup and demolition / reconstruction of buildings,
- A mission of mutual inter-sites for the overall coordination of construction of student residences and the renovation of existing homes, which have interfaces with the development operation.
This contract is a slice market made a firm tranche mutual fund mission planning Phase 1 and OPC inter-yards and a conditional phase for the fund Phase 2 development.
