The subject of the tender is entrusted fund management house room no Prague 10. The object management will be across the flats on undistributed units in which there are apartments and commercial space, and residential and commercial units located in houses where there was room no housing privatization Prague 10 and formed community of owners. a) Description of requirements to be fulfilled by meeting the public contract: The contracting authority is under the Act no. 131/2000 Coll., on the Capital City Prague, and generally binding regulations of the City Prague no. 55/2000 SbHMP, issuing the Statute of the City Prague, entrusted with extensive real estate. It also includes the residential buildings on undistributed units in which there are apartments and commercial space, and residential and commercial units located in houses where there was room no housing privatization Prague 10 and formed community of owners. The management of these residential buildings and residential and commercial units is exercised by external suppliers - management companies. b) A description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the public contract is entrusted fund management house room no Prague 10.
