This contract is a Master of assistance work and scheduling market, steering and coordination of work (OPC) for the project to accelerate the development of the 2x2 lane CEAR in the Department of Saône-et-Loire on highways RN 80, RN 70 and RN 79. The benefits under this contract relate to each operation: An analysis of the procedures and their sequence determined by AMO and should lead to the projects of the first phase of acceleration of the 2x2 to the CEAR In this perspective AMO develop detailed schedules for each operation and dashboards to control operations in regulatory and legal terms calendar, financial, environmental and social. The organization, preparation and facilitation of periodic reviews of schedules and dashboards with the client and key stakeholders, presentation at the meeting of its analysis and consideration of the evidence provided by the various actors iteratively build and update schedules and dashboards. Leveraging this analysis then provide organizational, planning and coordination task (OPC) of the various operations in the design phase and works. The market consists of a firm order and two conditional tranches. A firm phase corresponding to the first phase of the acceleration of the CEAR program which runs from 2014 to 2019. This phase has priority. OPC sub-mission for the Prissé-Macon operation is excluded from firm order. A conditional No. 1 (TC1) corresponding to the OPC sub-mission for the Prissé-Macon operation. No one conditional phase 2 (TC 2) corresponding to the second phase of acceleration of the CEAR program that ranges from 2020 to 2025.
