The purpose of the competition was to purchase the replacement services of the City of Vantaa in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. Acquisition of one (1) full responsibility for the supplier to deliver the service as a SAAS service. Acquisition includes the options described in Annex 1 and in Appendix 4 for prices.
