Aalborg and Aalborg Havn A / S collaborate on the development of a new district - Stigsborg Waterfront. The district should be an attractive mixed urban district with housing, research, education, offices and creative industries, while there will be plenty of space for leisure activity in the contiguous greenery with fjord and the landscape as a backdrop.

The project is one of Aalborg's largest urban development projects in recent times, and expected to be realized over many years.

Aalborg and Aalborg Harbour wish to draft a development plan for Stigsborg Waterfront, comprehensive strategic plan, a physical level, a stage plan and a financial plan in line with the agreed vision for the area. Stigsborg Waterfront is an approximately 55 ha. large area in Nørresundby along the fjord between Limfjordsbroen and Limfjordstunnelen.
As part of this work want Aalborg and Aalborg Harbour selecting three interdisciplinary consultant teams to participate in a dialogue based parallel assignment with a fee of DKK 450,000. (Excl. VAT) per. team.
