To overcome more market orientation, development of economic structures, balanced diet and improving the productive infrastructure are offered. This includes:

The project of the German Climate and Technology Initiative (DKTI), which is carried out by GIZ in Peru on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), supports selected cities in improving political conditions as well as the technical, financial and organizational capacity for sustainable transport systems. This means on the one hand the improvement of public transport (eg.
