NS wenst een Acquirer te selecteren en contracteren die namens haar creditcardbetalingen aan de Nederlandse Spoorwegen faciliteert voor de Point of Sale (POS) betalingen die verlopen via het Mastercard-, VISA-, JCB-, CUP- en Diners Club-scheme. Onder POS worden bemande- en onbemande betaalautomaten verstaan. Indien NS International B.V. gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst ook gebruik gaat maken van deze overeenkomst, dient Acquirer tevens deze creditcardbetalingen aan de Nederlandse Spoorwegen te faciliteren. Iedere werkdag dient door de Acquirer een elektronisch overzicht te worden verschaft van de totale omzet per betaalautomaat. Enkele gegevens met betrekking tot creditcardtransacties van NS (hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend):  Omzet creditcardbetalingen voor de Point of Sale (POS) betalingen die verlopen via het Mastercard-scheme en het VISA-scheme lag het afgelopen jaar tussen de 75 en 100 miljoen euro.  Het aantal creditcardtransacties voor de Point of Sale (POS) betalingen die verlopen via het Mastercard-scheme en het VISA-scheme lag het afgelopen jaar tussen de 2 en 3 miljoen.  Het aantal Mastercard- en VISA-transacties waren afgelopen jaar bij benadering gelijk aan elkaar.  Totaal aantal bemande- en onbemande betaalautomaten: balies (bemande betaalautomaten): 1800. Enkele gegevens met betrekking tot creditcardtransacties NS International B.V. (hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend):  Omzet creditcardbetalingen voor de e-commerce betalingen die verlopen via het Mastercard-scheme en het VISA-scheme lag het afgelopen jaar tussen de 25 en 35 miljoen euro.  Het aantal creditcardtransacties voor de e-commerce betalingen die verlopen via het Mastercard-scheme en het VISA-scheme lag het afgelopen jaar tussen de 100.000 en 200.000. NS en NS International B.V. maken nog geen gebruik van de JCB-, CUP- en Diners Club-scheme. Om die reden kunnen NS en NS International B.V. van die schemes geen historische gegevens verstrekken.
